GINSS’ experience is based upon personnel from state and federal law enforcement, intelligence, military communities, and law and academia.

Our team members have particpated in training exercises with former U.S. Military Special Forces operatives, including former U.S. Army Rangers and former federal firearms instructors.  Our licensed, professional security officers have received many hours of Illinois-mandated certification in firearm-course training and our off-duty police (LEO) personnel have received police academy training and annual firearms qualification and training by their respective police departments. GINSS also offers its personnel the opportunity for enhanced firearm training annually, taught by a former U.S. Special Forces operative.

Our former and active duty law enforcement team and consultants include former FBI special agents, covert operatives in both the U.S. military and intelligence communities, professionals in law and academia, local police officers, and EMT personnel.
